Job Description: ACCOUNT MANAGER - NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking an
Account Manager - New Business Development
for the management and communication with both our existing and new client base, as well as for the development of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with new and existing clients about new projects (inquiries, proposal presentations, financial offers).
  • Monitoring and collaborating with the creative and production departments from the client brief to the final product.
  • Proposing innovative ideas for the company's communication strategy and promotional activities on social media and the website.
  • Expanding the client base.
  • Representing the company to new clients to achieve new sales and drive growth.
  • Updating the existing client base on any new services or products we can provide.
  • Developing advanced organizational, planning, and task completion skills within strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Social media management skills.
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues for daily issue management, resolving pending tasks, and solving problems.
  • Responsibility, politeness, awareness, organization, consistency, ambition for growth within the company, and a friendly disposition for collaboration.

Prior experience in the graphic arts sector, in an advertising agency, or in a position that included showcasing the company via pop and pos solutions will be particularly valued.
