About the role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Airports Business Development team as
Airport
Business Performance Analyst
. The role supports the
cost and revenues performance management, contract management, strategic analysis and reporting cross-functional business optimization. In this role, you will analyze financial and operational performance, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Airport economics' hub: Create and manage the Airports' platform to optimize airport charges, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide consultation.
  • Airport Performance Management: Assess performance dashboards in cross functional KPIs (commercial, operational).
  • Cost Controlling: Monitor costs and revenues, validate invoices, identify discrepancies, and support commercial, financial and operational planning, to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage and review contracts, track SLAs and vendor performance against market benchmarking. Support tenders, negotiations, renewals, and participate in process optimization initiatives.

  • Ability to manage complex data, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and process-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Aviation or Engineering (with business focus). Master's degree (MBA or MSc) will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial analysis, business performance, cost control, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and KPI/SLA monitoring.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • IT literate (MS Office, Data Reporting Tools, e.g. Power BI).
