Human Resources Generalist

Location: Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos".

We are looking for a dynamic
HR Generalist
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and deliver corporate presentations for the HR Department (in English).

· Conduct interviews for both store and administrative positions across the Group.

· Participate in all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding).

· Support and monitor the Performance Evaluation & Development process.

· Contribute to the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

· Take part in HR projects and corporate events.

Required Qualifications

· University or Technical degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Economics.

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, Recruiting, or HR Department).

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

· Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

· Well-developed organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
