We are looking for an
Onboarding Associate
to help us in recruiting the Facility Department to support in the management of daily facilities operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of internal and external resources, utility management and facility management services.
The role has the following responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process of the assigned REO portfolios;
- Address and guide resolution of procedures, particularly first inspection, periodic inspections, escrows, and sales process;
- Coordination of internal teams, vendors, legal advisors, responsible for the facility management of the assets;
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the client, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and issues impacting timely completion, ensuring workload balance across the team;
- Support REO initiatives and projects of special interest with operational insights and coordination;
- Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback to support the department in achieving project and product objectives;
- Provide direction to collaborators to navigate complex legal or operational blockages;
- Escalate critical cases to REO Management and Legal as needed for timely resolution;
- Ensure alignment and transparency across all stakeholders involved in asset resolution;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree and/or in Real Estate, Business, Engineering or any related field;
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in REO asset facility management and/or property management in a real estate environment;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Familiarity with property-related regulations, utilities, and basic technical knowledge;
- Ability to resolve procedural or legal issues quickly, escalating when necessary;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Cross-department collaboration, ownership, and prioritization;
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
