Digital Account Manager wanted 

Are you a digital virtuoso with a flair for creativity and a customer-focused, analytical mind? BAAS DIGITAL, a Meta Business  Partner, is on the hunt for a Digital Account Manager who thrives in the dynamic world of digital advertising and social media.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

  • Manage digital campaigns with razor-sharp precision and handle daily activities with finesse
  • Ensure objectives are met within deadlines, while constantly striving to delight clients with added value
  • Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends and digital landscapes
  • Master advertising platforms and their capabilities, transforming ad data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with our creative team from concept to execution, and dazzle clients with stellar presentations

Key Quests:

  • Support your team with campaign consultancy, strategic planning & implementation for branded & direct response campaigns
  • Be the go-to contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional delivery of digital campaigns
  • Design digital strategies with the internal team for your assigned customers
  • Respond to client queries swiftly and effectively, managing any changes with grace
  • Oversee campaign setup, activation, community management, and daily client communications for key clients
  • Monitor campaign delivery and budgets against KPIs
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to discuss active paid social performance campaigns and educate on new developments in the social space
  • Participate in creative meetings to ensure all client requirements are met and content calendars are crafted
  • Design customer journeys & funnels for campaigns based on data analysis
  • Create captivating concept presentations & digital media reports
  • Develop & present innovative social & digital media strategies to clients

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Social media savviness, a creative mindset & highly structured approach
  • Stellar advertising skills on major social & digital platforms (Meta ads, Google ads, etc.)
  • Robust technical and data analysis skill set, with a deep understanding of Google Analytics data
  • Keen knowledge of existing digital & social media creative types & trends
  • Self-motivated & eager to embrace new challenges
  • Excellent English communication and literacy skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, lead generation, CRM, and email campaigning will be considered a strong plus
