Performance Advertiser Superstar Wanted

Are you a master of digital advertising, weaving your magic across social and Google Ads platforms? BAAS DIGITAL, a Meta Business Partner and Google Partner in Greece, is on the lookout for a Performance Advertiser to join our rapidly expanding team

As our Digital Ads Dynamo, you'll manage and develop paid strategies for our clients, focusing on performance campaigns for B2B and B2C. You'll collaborate with our creative team, guiding strategic advertising buys across search, display, video, and social platforms. By identifying targeting tactics based on campaign requirements and defining media goals, you'll measure success against precise KPIs and drive innovative paid media solutions and flawless execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize Google Search Ads (CPC), Display, and Video campaigns
  • Craft and optimize campaigns for Meta Advertising platforms (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
  • Analyze performance & conversions daily, proposing optimization steps
  • Generate reports showcasing achieved performance goals
  • Design advertising strategies for branding & e-commerce
  • Create media plans & ad strategies tailored to client requirements
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advertising developments

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Google Search Ads advertising
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Expertise in creating digital media plans
  • Knowledge of remarketing pixels
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written
  • Facebook Blueprint & Google AdWords certifications are a strong plus
