Spanish -speaking Ad -Sales Specialist (Monday to Friday)

Do you enjoy helping businesses succeed through smart social media advertising solutions? We are looking for a Spanish -speaking Ad -Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll manage a mix of inbound warm leads and proactive outreach, requiring quick thinking, adaptability, and a results -driven approach. This is an exciting opportunity to combine consultative sales with digital marketing expertise. Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients (agencies and advertisers) through phone, chat, and email. - Handle inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow -up. - Identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored advertising solutions. - Analyze and optimize client campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes. - Execute and monitor digital campaigns, tracking performance and success metrics. - Spot trends and proactively address challenges to improve campaign results. - Direct clients to specialized support when needed. - Enhance customer experience by promoting effective use of advertising products. Qualifications - Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and strong English skills (minimum B2). - At least 1 year of experience in sales, with proven ability to meet targets. - Commercial awareness, confidence, and energy in a fast -paced environment. - Adaptability and resilience in transactional sales settings. - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem -solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Valid full -time work permit (student visas not accepted). Preferred Background - Experience in social media or digital marketing. - Familiarity with online advertising platforms or performance marketing concepts.
