Job Title: Real Estate Advertising Sales Representative

Sales Markets: Greece

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Location: Candidate should be located in Greece

Remote / Flexible Hours: Up to the number of hours approved by your manager Role 

Overview: As a Real Estate Advertising Sales Representative at Properstar, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our advertising solutions to real estate professionals. You will identify potential clients, conduct outreach, present our services, and support the onboarding of new customers. This role is ideal for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about real estate, digital marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and reach out to real estate agents, brokerages, and developers to promote Properstar's advertising services.
  • Explain the value of Properstar's platform, tools, and international reach to prospective clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot). 
  • Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams when needed. 
  • Achieve sales targets and report weekly progress to your manager.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings and answer questions.
  • Follow Properstar's processes, including tagging, pipeline management, and outreach cadences.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must speak fluent English. Fluent Croatian would be a strong asset. 
  • Previous experience in sales, advertising, or the real estate industry preferred.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail. 

Contract Details:

  • This is an Independent Contractor role. You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits.
  • Contractors may work up to the number of hours approved by their manager.
  • Compensation may include a combination of base pay (if applicable) and performance-based commissions or bonuses.
