Ο ρόλος απαιτεί οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και άνεση στην καθημερινή διαχείριση λειτουργιών που υποστηρίζουν τη σωστή ροή
των εταιρικών διαδικασιών
.
Αρμοδιότητες:
- Υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας σε διοικητικό επίπεδο
- Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και εισερχόμενης/εξερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας
- Οργάνωση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων
- Προγραμματισμός ραντεβού και υποστήριξη επικοινωνίας με πελάτες/προμηθευτές
- Συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες της εταιρείας (λογιστήριο, logistics, κ.λπ.)
- Λειτουργία παραλαβής εισερχόμενων παραγγελιών της αποθήκης
- Τιμολόγηση παραγγελιών-αποστολών
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
- Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ – ιδιαίτερα MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα
- Διαχείριση χρόνου & multitasking με αποτελεσματικότητα
- Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου, εγγράφων και καθημερινών λειτουργιών
- Θετική διάθεση, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός
- Προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί.
