Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Officer / Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and overseeing key aspects of operations management. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their travel needs, managing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, and handling communication with stakeholders. This position is on-site and plays a crucial role in supporting our clients' seamless operations and experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with guests, clients, and team members
  • Proficiency in Operations Management, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Good Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety and customer service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the aviation, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certification in a related field is an advantage
