CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Ο/Η Chief Operating Officer (COO) θα αποτελέσει βασικό μέλος της Διοικητικής Ομάδας, με

αποστολή τη διασφάλιση της επιχειρησιακής αριστείας και την ενίσχυση της οργανωτικής

αποδοτικότητας.

Η θέση συνδέεται άμεσα με την υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής κατεύθυνσης

του οργανισμού, την επίτευξη βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης και την καθοδήγηση του ανθρώπινου

δυναμικού προς κοινούς στόχους.

Στρατηγικές Αρμοδιότητες Θέσεως

  • Συμμετοχή στη διαμόρφωση και εφαρμογή του επιχειρηματικού και στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού.
  • Καθορισμός στόχων για επιμέρους Διευθύνσεις και παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητάς τους.
  • Επίβλεψη και βελτιστοποίηση καθημερινών λειτουργιών με στόχο τη μέγιστη αποδοτικότητα.
  • Διασφάλιση ορθής κατανομής πόρων και ευθυγράμμιση budget με τις επιχειρησιακές προτεραιότητες.
  • Παροχή καθοδήγησης σε Διευθυντές και ομάδες, ενισχύοντας την κουλτούρα υψηλής απόδοσης.
  • Άμεση συνεργασία με τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο, με συστηματική αναφορά για πρόοδο, εκκρεμότητες και στρατηγικές εισηγήσεις.
  • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με συνεργάτες και θεσμικούς φορείς.
  • Διαμορφώνει και συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στο περιεχόμενο των συνεδριάσεων της Διοίκησης, καθώς και σε έκτακτες συναντήσεις, εξασφαλίζοντας την πλήρη προετοιμασία και την αποτελεσματική υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας λήψης αποφάσεων.
  • Παρέχει ολοκληρωμένη και συστηματική ενημέρωση στον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο για την πορεία έργων και ενεργειών, αναδεικνύει εγκαίρως πιθανά εμπόδια ή καθυστερήσεις και εισηγείται ρεαλιστικές και αποδοτικές λύσεις.
  • Διατηρεί τακτική και στοχευμένη επικοινωνία με τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο, διασφαλίζοντας την ευθυγράμμιση των επιχειρησιακών ενεργειών με τις στρατηγικές κατευθύνσεις και τους στόχους του οργανισμού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  •  Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ (Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, ή παρεμφερές αντικείμενο).
  •  Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος ή διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένη πιστοποίηση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον επιθυμητό προσόν ( πχ MBA)
  •  Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  •  Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε ανώτατη διοικητική θέση με αποδεδειγμένη επιτυχία.
