The position is permanent, in Athens.

Responsibilities

The Product Development Specialist will:

• Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with business goals in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target markets, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Track and evaluate competitor strategies, product launches, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze customer behavior and develop data-driven segmentation and profiling to identify key opportunities.
• Identify unmet customer needs and lead the ideation of innovative products or service enhancements.
• Develop detailed market reports, including industry trends, benchmark analysis, and forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Billing, and Operations to ensure seamless product deployment.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead the execution of Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring timely and successful product and service launches.
• Ensure robust processes and quality controls are maintained throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.
• Participate in the company's trainings

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the role of the Product Development Specialist should have the following:

• Good communication skills and ability to work with and coordinate others
• Good Ideation and benchmarking skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills in order to achieve monthly goals.
• Able to Multitask and set priorities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills as well as commercial thinking
• And Above All positive mindset, Team spirit, willingness to learn and take ownership of new and exciting products
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or Marketing.
• Master's degree would be an asset
• Excellent MS – office skills especially Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Power Bi and Data warehouse software will be considered an Asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Developer, preferred in services (telecoms, banks, energy)
