Sales Development Specialist

With the recent launch of our AI Visual Commerce Suite, Findbar is setting a new benchmark in product discovery, helping brands deliver faster, more relevant, and inspiring shopping experiences.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Linkedin Sales Development specialist to drive new business through direct outreach, demo bookings, and strong collaboration with our Customer Success team.

You'll focus on building a pipeline of qualified prospects in EU/US, running impactful product demos, and closing new top tier accounts. In parallel, you'll build and activate partnerships with agencies and tech / marketing providers that can accelerate our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Generation & Demo Bookings

  • Identify high-potential leads and open conversations with eCommerce and retail tech buyers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
  • Run tailored product demos that highlight Findbar's commercial value per use case
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and conversion tracking through CRM (HubSpot or similar)

Partnership Development

  • Build commercial relationships with eCommerce agencies, platforms, and strategic collaborators
  • Activate co-selling or referral models with selected partners
  • Represent Findbar in key partner meetings and digital events

Collaboration with Customer Success & Marketing

  • Work closely with our experienced Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding
  • Incorporate customer feedback and usage insights to refine the sales narrative and materials
  • Share learnings from new markets to inform product roadmap and go-to-market alignment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or Services Sales with international scope
  • Strong track record in prospecting and closing new business
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce or retail ecosystem (platforms, tools, agencies, etc.) would be ideal but not a prerequisite
  • Very Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and confident using CRM and productivity tools
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
