Product Development Specialist
The role will:

  • Translate product strategy into BRDs, business cases, timelines, and pricing models, enabling effective product introduction
  • Design and execute product development strategies, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams, testing (UAT, pilots), and go-to-market delivery
  • Drive new product initiatives and oversee the full lifecycle (enhancements, updates, discontinuation) in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct structured market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support sustainable sales growth
  • Track post-launch performance, extract insights, and embed improvements into product and commercial strategies
  • Develop clear and impactful sales scripts that translate technical features into customer value

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a product management role.
  • BSc and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in product specifications, testing coordination, and ensuring quality standards align with customer expectations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs
  • Project management skills: task prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to identify trends and opportunities
