Business Development Manager
to join its commercial team.
The ideal candidate has
10+ years of experience
in
software and IT solution sales
, with a proven track record of success in both the
Public Sector
and
large enterprises
in
Greece and Cyprus
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for public and private sector clients
- Identify new opportunities and manage complex B2B sales processes (RFPs, tenders)
- Collaborate with project and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software or IT solution sales
- Strong background in public procurement (eProcurement, RFPs, etc.)
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Fluency in Greek and English

Business Development Manager

Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α διαθέτει
τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας
σε πωλήσεις
εφαρμογών λογισμικού
και
πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
, με αποδεδειγμένες επιτυχίες στον
Δημόσιο Τομέα
και σε
μεγάλες επιχειρήσεις του Ιδιωτικού Τομέα
σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.
Ρόλος & Αρμοδιότητες:
- Ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής πωλήσεων για δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς πελάτες
- Ανίχνευση νέων ευκαιριών και διαχείριση σύνθετων πωλήσεων (B2B, RFPs, διαγωνισμοί)
- Συνεργασία με τις ομάδες έργων και προϊόντων για την επιτυχή παράδοση λύσεων
- Διατήρηση και ενίσχυση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με πελάτες και συνεργάτες
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- ≥10 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε πωλήσεις λογισμικού ή IT λύσεων
- Εμπειρία σε δημόσιους διαγωνισμούς (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, RFPs κ.λπ.)
- Ικανότητα κατανόησης επιχειρηματικών αναγκών και παροχής συμβουλευτικών λύσεων
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, παρουσίασης και διαπραγμάτευσης
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
