Role Description

This is a
freelance/contract, remote role
for a Sales / Partnerships Associate at Datica Consulting. The associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving partnership strategies. The role involves remote collaboration with clients and internal teams, with flexibility and growth potential as Datica scales.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Partnership Management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or technology industries (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in B2B sales or partnerships is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Compensation

  • Commission-based (10–15% of closed deals), with potential to add a base retainer as performance grows.
