Role Description
We are looking for a skilled
Service Engineer
to join our
After Sales Team
. The successful candidate will be part of our Technical Support Department, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' HVAC systems (such as chillers, heat pumps, split units, VRF systems, and fan coils).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of electromechanical HVAC equipment
- Support installations & system commissioning
- Provide on-site & remote technical assistance
- Log and document technical interventions
- Work closely with Sales & Projects teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related technologies (water & DX)
- Familiar with electromechanical drawings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients effectively
- Fluency in Greek and good command of English (technical terminology)
- Driving License (Category B)
- Experience with VRF systems or Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus
