Field Service Engineer

What You'll Do:

As a
Field Service Engineer
, you'll be part of a skilled technical team that provides hands-on support and expert guidance to our customers—strengthening long-term relationships and optimizing the value we deliver.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of equipment, with a focus on packaging machinery
  • On-site and remote technical support – fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Organizing and coordinating technical work, including service tasks by third-party suppliers
  • Promoting technical solutions, maintenance contracts, and spare parts to customers
  • Supporting the Customer Service team with technical expertise
  • Training customer personnel on equipment use
  • Ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards
  • Preparing detailed technical reports
  • Collaborating with the wider technical team to improve services
  • Supporting clients in Greece and abroad

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical background (e.g., Electrical or Electronic Engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment technical support
  • Knowledge of automation systems – experience with PLCs is a strong plus
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel frequently, with flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, familiar with processing/packaging equipment
  • Ability to work with technical manuals and documentation
