The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Success Consultant
who will play a key role in ensuring that users — both companies and service providers — get maximum value from Odyx.
You'll act as the voice of our customers inside the company: guiding them through onboarding, solving challenges, collecting feedback, and helping shape the product experience.

What You'll Do
- Guide new users through onboarding and platform adoption
- Support clients (businesses and consultants) in understanding key features and workflows
- Troubleshoot user issues and collaborate closely with the development team to resolve them
- Track engagement and satisfaction metrics, proactively improving user experience
- Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product and feature enhancements
- Help create user-facing documentation, tutorials, and FAQs
- Deliver online demos or training sessions to client teams when needed
- Build strong relationships with users and ensure every interaction adds value
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Computer Science, or Social Sciences
(or equivalent experience) - 1–3 years
of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role - Strong interest in
digital transformation

SaaS
, and
AI-driven platforms - Solid understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, cloud apps, workflows) and the ability to explain them clearly
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving
skills - Organized and structured, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Fluent in
Greek and English
(spoken and written) - Experience with
CRM or ticketing tools
(e.g. HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus
