Let's start with the role:
We are seeking a
FP&A Analyst
to join our dynamic Finance team at Kaizen Gaming. As part of the next phase of our exciting scale-up journey, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial planning, performance management, and reporting capabilities.In a highly collaborative environment, this FP&A Analyst will be embedded within the Finance function, acting as a key ambassador between the Finance, Data, and Business teams to drive operational efficiency, financial insight, and strategic decision-making. You will design and maintain robust financial models, support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help drive greater automation, accuracy, and scalability through our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.

As an FP&A Analyst

you will
:

  • Support the annual budget and rolling forecast processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance sub-teams to ensure seamless data flow between financial models, systems, and reporting tools;
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial data, tools, and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation;
  • Monitor and validate data integrity across systems, proactively resolving discrepancies and supporting continuous process improvement;
  • Design and maintain driver-based financial models linking P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, ensuring they reflect business realities and strategic objectives;
  • Champion automation and best practices in financial modelling and reporting to drive efficiency and transparency;
  • Promote a data-driven culture within Finance, encouraging the use of analytics and technology to enhance business performance;
  • Translate business drivers and KPIs into scalable, easy-to-use model frameworks that support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management;
  • Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and variance analyses to assess performance and inform decision-making;
  • Develop dashboards and reports (in Excel, Power BI, or EPM systems) to visualize key financial metrics and performance trends;
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Data Analytics;
  • 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or data-driven finance roles within a fast-paced environment;
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, with strong analytical skills developed through finance education and a good grasp of reporting process structures and system;.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision) or ERP systems (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, or OneStream);
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, model design, and the financial linkages across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow;
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, dynamic formulas, and structured model building;
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools; working knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage;
  • Exposure to finance transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written;
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious with a strong problem-solving mindset;
  • Excellent communicator — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights;
  • Organized and methodical, with a focus on process excellence and documentation;
  • Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a cross-functional, fast-growing environment;
  • Passionate for continuous improvement, automation, and leveraging technology to elevate financial performance.
