Description

We seek to employ an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance department and be part of the Global Pricing Business Controlling team, playing a key role in supporting the business commercial and investment decision requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Partnership:

  • Collaborate and provide sound financial modelling to Country Managers and other Heads of function to aid effective decision making.
  • Liaise with Regional Sales, Sales Support Teams, and external business partners for information exchange during tenders, offer makings, due diligence processes.

Financial Modelling:

  • Create financial models to (e)valuate deals using Discounted Cash Flow analysis and applying criteria such as IRR, NPV and payback period.
  • Conduct, multifactor, sensitivity analysis of pricing offers, on incremental revenue/cost basis.
  • Able to explain model inputs, assumptions, results, pricing strategies and key drivers to stakeholders.
  • Maintain adapt business models, able to show financial impact from different points of view, for complex offers, as they evolve with negotiations.
  • Collect and analyze internal and external data for modeling, ensure quality, relevance, and accuracy (built in checkpoints mentality), of model inputs and model outputs.
  • Participate, support contract negotiations and review draft proposals/contracts to align with financial models.

Process Development and Establishment:

  • Implement standardized, reusable business model templates based on product types.
  • Standardize model structures with clear aim to demonstrate model logical flow, input sources, business assumptions, output.
  • Create and maintain for different countries, cost structure including tax treatment of revenue and cost.
Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or another related field.
  • A Master's degree, or business qualification such as CFA Charter or ACCA, earned, or at a certain stage in the process, will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in financial modelling/analysis (FP&A) within a multinational organization preferably related with financial services and/or banking.
  • US GAAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge, ability to structure a PowerPoint presentation, experience in pivot tables, cube reports from SQL database.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
