About the job
:

The company is currently seeking a
highly organized and motivated Yacht Management Assistant
to support our Yacht Management team. Working directly under the supervision of the Senior Yacht Managers and/or assigned Yacht Managers, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the operational and administrative aspects of managing large yachts in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities
:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Yacht Managers.
  • Assist with maintaining yacht documentation, certifications, and compliance records (ISM/ISPS/MLC).
  • Help update BLUE (company's YM database) with current operational data (vessel certificates, crew records etc.).
  • Support the processing and filing of supplier invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders when applicable.
  • Assist with organizing and execution of shipyard visits, inspections, and technical service coordination.
  • Track pending tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for the team.
  • Liaise with yacht captains and crew for information requests, scheduling, and follow-ups under the supervision of the yacht manager
  • Participate in compiling reports, summaries to be provided to the owners team.
  • Provide general clerical support including document formatting, meeting scheduling and travel coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements
:

  • University degree in Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience; internships or junior positions in the maritime or luxury sectors are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction; a team player attitude.
  • Familiarity with management or accounting software is a plus
