HR Assistant

MSPS Athens, holding a leading position in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is seeking to recruit a dynamic & self-motivated HR Assistant, to join the Human Resources team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support both our HR operations and recruitment processes. This dual-role position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in human resources while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

You'll play a key part in maintaining HR compliance, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and assisting our recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding top talent. If you're organized, people-focused, and ready to learn, we'd love to meet you

• Identify and source recruitment channels and potential candidates.

• Manage job advertisements across professional sites, job platforms, social media & internal career pages.

• Conduct structured interviews, review resumes with ATS-integrated filters, build candidate shortlists, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through each stage of the process.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workable) in all levels.
• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through to offboarding.
• Manage all relevant employee data within our HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Advise employees on HR policies and respond to requests.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and collaborate actively in HR projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems or ATS is a plus
