About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marina-related projects, opportunities, and investments. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping S.A.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Understand, analyze and document the Company's existing marina portfolio and opportunities pipeline and provide recommendations for its optimal development and value creation
• Perform market analysis in order to originate new investment opportunities and/or assess incoming proposals
• Manage multiple projects that may be running concurrently

In each project, you should be in a position to:

• Coordinate Engineers other advisors, contractors and respective contracts
• Coordinate schedule and budget information and identify when the need to intervene arises
• Review project documents (drawings, specifications, schedules, etc.)
• Manage the quality of the project(s) to ensure successful completion as it relates to "on time" and within budget
• Develop a strategy to coordinate the requirements/needs of all interested parties (Designers, contractors, user groups and the community)
• Analyze requested changes and manage the change process
• Prepare overall project schedules to measure contractor's schedule performance
• Prepare field reports as needed, and weekly summaries
• Conduct meetings at the job site to improve project communications and reduce interferences

Required Qualifications:

The most suitable candidate for the Real Estate Project Manager position should have:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject
• A minimum of 10-years' relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience managing project cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performance
• Experience in marina-related projects is a prerequisite
• Experience managing commercial projects in the wider travel & hospitality sector preferred
• Knowledge of local and national building codes
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
