Η εταιρεία «Politikos» είναι μια από τις ταχύτατα αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες fashion της ελληνικής αγοράς,  με δυο μεγάλα πολυκαταστήματα στον Άλιμο Αττικής και τη Λαμία, καθώς και το γνωστό eCommerce property "", με έντονη παρουσία σε Ελλάδα, Βουλγαρία, Ρουμανία και Κύπρο.

Αναζητούμε έναν/μία έμπειρο/η Social Media Manager, με σκοπό την περαιτέρω ενίσχυση της digital παρουσίας μας, με έμφαση στη δημιουργικότητα, τη στρατηγική σκέψη και τη συνεπή επικοινωνία με το κοινό μας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
:

Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής περιεχομένου για όλα τα social media κανάλια (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, κτλ.)

·       Δημιουργία και επιμέλεια οπτικού και γραπτού περιεχομένου (reels, εικόνες, captions).

·       Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση της δημιουργικής ομάδας περιεχομένου.

·       Influencer marketing

·       Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα marketing, e-commerce και retail για την υποστήριξη εμπορικών και επικοινωνιακών στόχων.

·       Παρακολούθηση KPIs (engagement, reach) και υλοποίηση ενεργειών βελτιστοποίησης.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

·       Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση – κατά προτίμηση στον χώρο της μόδας ή του lifestyle.

·       Άριστη γνώση των δυνατοτήτων και τάσεων στα social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, κτλ).

·       Δημιουργική σκέψη και hands-on προσέγγιση στο περιεχόμενο.

·       Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδας και συνεργατικό πνεύμα.

·       Ευχέρεια στη χρήση εργαλείων όπως Canva, Capcut, Edits, κτλ.

·       Κατανόηση του influencer marketing και συμμετοχή σε φωτογραφήσεις ή δημιουργικά projects.
