In retail, the Group operates flagship, stand-alone and multi-brand stores, corners within all major department stores, outlets and e-shops in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and most recently in Czech Republic and Slovakia, representing top brands like Kalogirou, Haralas, Puma, Under Armour, KIKO Milano and Levi's.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will lead Paid Campaigns and guide junior marketers, driving measurable growth across some of the most iconic brands in fashion, sports, and beauty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with each brand's goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Campaigns, focusing on both performance and brand growth.
  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficiency and return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and propose actions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage junior team members, ensuring workload balance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
  • Report to the Head of Digital and contribute to the overall growth of the digital team.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or e-commerce), with hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and ability to design campaigns across awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience with GA4 and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize efficiency, and deliver against performance KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate marketing results into business impact.
  • Experience managing junior marketers.
