Role Description

We're looking for a Creative Influence & Content Strategist to join our team in Álimos (full-time, on-site). This is a brand-new role at Ginger — designed for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture, TikTok trends, and content storytelling. You'll help us scout creators, design influencer-first strategies, and shape bold creative directions for campaigns that cut through the noise.

What You'll Do

• Spot and scout upcoming TikTokers, YouTubers & digital creators before they go mainstream.

• Develop influencer-first strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and culture.

• Create content concepts and campaign storylines aligned with brand objectives.

• Analyze cultural trends and translate them into creative PR & social activations.

• Collaborate with the team on briefs, creative decks, and pitches for new business.

• Oversee the social media presence of Ginger Communications, keeping it fresh and relevant.

• Partner with PR & client service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content strategy.

• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram & YouTube trends (you're the one friends ask "what's trending right now").

• Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn insights into campaign ideas.

• Excellent writing & communication skills in Greek and English.

• A strategic yet playful mindset: you know how to balance data + culture + creativity.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced boutique environment.

• Bonus: experience in creative copywriting, content production, or working directly with creators.
