About The Role
What you need to know:

• Answers incoming calls and responds to customers' emails
• Handles customer inquiries both telephonically and by email; follows up customer calls where necessary
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommends improved procedures
• Researches, identifies, and resolves customer queries/complaints using applicable software; escalates priority issues
• Routes calls to appropriate resources
• Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures; completes call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Possess a Bachelor's degree is a plus
• some years of relevant professional experience in the insurance/ financial sector would be considered as an asset
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Advanced verbal and written communication & listening skills
• Ability to analyze problems and proceed with problem solving
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player
