d.VENTURES operates with , the first online booking engine for holiday dialysis with a network of 800+ medical providers in 56 countries across 4 continents.   allows patients to book their medical treatments abroad by offering a user friendly, and safe booking process and a variety of destinations.

At , we're building a worldwide network of dialysis clinics to make travel possible for patients everywhere. We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Contact Center Agent with a strong background in sales to help us expand our clinic partnerships globally and support existing partners and customers post-enrollment.

Main responsibilities

  • Conducts outbound calls to dialysis clinics globally to promote our platform and establish partnerships. You will actively reach out to potential partners, present the benefits of joining our network, and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Uses sales techniques to present value propositions and convert leads into partners.
  • Supports new partners during the onboarding and training process.
  • Handle incoming queries from clinics and customers after enrolment (after-sales support).
  • Educates clinics on how to use the platform efficiently and address any questions regarding bookings, policies, or features.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience for at least a year in a contact center or related position, preferable in a corporate environment
  • Holds a University degree (Bachelor)
  • Superior command of written and spoken English and French
  • Arabic or additional languages will be consider as a plus.
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office Package and CRM Software experience (Zendesk, Salesforce, call management software etc) is valuable.
