Reports to:
CSR Domestic Sales Coordinator

Position Role:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and also handle and resolve complaints.

Opportunity

  • Collecting orders that are received by email
  • Creation of the orders that they have been collecting in the system
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Occasional creation of the corresponding sales documents (invoices ,credit)
  • Contact with the Logistics department to route the order, and inform the customer of the delivery day
  • In cases which the materials needed are not available, the person proceeds in ordering them by sending an email to the procurement department
  • Communicate with customers in order to find solutions in case of shortages of materials
  • Contact with credit department for order approvals and checking payments and balances
  • Monitor the stock of materials and availability
  • Contact with the logistics department for the routing of orders
  • Entry of commercial policies and price lists

Background

  • Graduate of high school or Secretarial Support school or related background
  • 2-3 years' working experience in CSR field. Experience in companies with
    building materials
    would be considered as a strong asset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of
    SAP
    and familiarity with technological systems and platforms is mandatory
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
