Whether picking up a delivery, dropping off a return, or shipping across Greece or abroad, we offer a convenient alternative to home delivery, without queues or delays. We aim to customise last-mile logistics to suit all lifestyles through intelligent and customer-oriented solutions. 

We are looking for an energetic and communicative team member to join our Customer Service Team, who will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and support tickets, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly assistance to both consumers (B2C) and our network partners (B2B).

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets with a focus on achieving high first-contact resolution;
  • Inform customers about shipment status, pickups/returns, and PUDO instructions;
  • Monitor and coordinate the daily flow of shipments across the partner network;
  • Manage communication with courier companies and PUDO locations;
  • Provide immediate support to customer requests (B2B & B2C) via phone, email, and ticketing systems;
  • Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, incorrect entries, partner inquiries);
  • Escalate incidents to Operations or IT when required;
  • Train and update network partners on procedures and new tools;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Operations or Customer Service, ideally within logistics, courier, or retail environments;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on courtesy and efficiency;
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (courier companies, partner locations, customers);
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office;
  • Strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making skills;
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken);
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule (e.g., morning/afternoon shifts).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a PUDO, last-mile logistics, or retail partnership environment;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Business Development).
