As a
Google Media Buyer
at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Conducting deep keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting
  • Managing and scaling multi-market paid media budgets with a focus on CPA/ROAS
  • Analyzing performance data and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Staying on top of algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends
  • Working closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to align on creatives and landing pages

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably and effectively troubleshoot performance fluctuations.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, including bidding strategies, automation scripts, A/B testing, and Smart Campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, user acquisition strategies, and key performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid Greek work permit and current residence in Athens (or willingness to work onsite).
  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
