The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. As a Digital Media Manager, you will be part of a very competent team that works on allowing Upstream's innovation to positively impact millions of consumers around the world. You will be contributing to the process of designing, building, testing, delivering, monitoring, and enhancing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns in line with business objectives.
*This is a global role open to candidates worldwide. While the position can be performed fully remotely, candidates located near one of our offices (Athens or other locations where we have offices) may choose a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Accountabilities
- Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with other team members.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively to the deadline and against business objectives.
- Utilize the company's in-house platforms to plan recruitment and monetization techniques.
- Assist in the creation of marketing campaign plans and execution of A/B testing strategies.
- Monitor traffic, engagement, monetization, and operational KPIs, implementing changes and proposing improvement actions where necessary.
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary, and recommendations
- Maintain revenue forecasting and regular measurement of the ROI of various recruitment channels.
- Assist in a variety of business-as-usual or other ad-hoc requests/initiatives as per business needs.
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong interest in digital and marketing functions.
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Experience in mobile marketing, including app installs, in-app engagement, and mobile subscription funnels, is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and web analytics platforms (mostly Google Analytics).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Data-oriented and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of a task whilst working under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Up to date with current trends and best practices in digital marketing across paid.
