We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team.

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping our clients' digital presence across all platforms. This position requires a balance of creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for understanding each client's objectives, developing content and community strategies, and ensuring social media activities directly support business growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, passionate about building meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, while staying ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective social media strategies.
• Research trends, platforms, and audience behaviors to develop creative content ideas.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Propose, develop and analyze A/B testing experiments on creatives, copies and creatives concepts
• Producing engaging, high quality and audience-focused content for social media channels, newsletters & blogs
• Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices proposing new tactics to enhance brand presence.
• Communication with clients to advise & set up new goals.
• Understanding of marketing performance KPI's and metrics
• Conduct competition & market analysis to identify opportunities and propose new content directions.
• Create, develop, measure and analyze digital campaigns in Social Media Ads & Mail Marketing
• Detailed Reporting and data analysis
• Collaborate with the marketing & graphic design team to create campaign purpose material
• Assist communication and support Sales Team in new opportunities, creating a marketing plan for potential new client
• Ensure that the procedures are followed, to deliver high -quality services

Skills and Experience

• Work Experience: 1+ years' experience in similar field
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong technical and digital skills, with experience in social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tools
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiar with the latest social media trends & platform updates
• Proficient knowledge of English language
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience using Canva for content design and CapCut (or similar tools) for video editing
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, content ideation, and reporting.
