Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube etc.).
  • Assist in writing and editing captions, posts, and scripts for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and brand-consistent communication.
  • Support the content copywriting created for social media platforms.
  • Oversee community activity, coordinate responses, and provide regular reporting.
  • Produce engaging TikTok content with staff members & influencers, aligned with current trends.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, social media trends, and best practices.
  • Capture and coordinate content related to treatments and services (video/photo) when needed.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach and communication.
  • Maintain and grow PR relationships across media channels, both digital and traditional.
  • Monitor and analyze Google Reviews statistics to extract insights and suggest actions for improvement.
  • Translate social media captions and scripts into English for subtitle use on international accounts.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong eye for visual storytelling.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Creative thinking combined with a results-oriented mindset.


Nice to Have

  • Basic video editing skills and experience adding subtitles to content.
  • Previous experience with community management (DMs, comments, online interactions).
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing or ambassador programs.
  • Previous experience in the medical, aesthetic, or healthcare industry.
