We are looking for an experienced
Marketing & Social Media Manager
to join one of our portfolio companies in the fast-growing
Food & Beverage retail sector
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, marketing strategy design and execution, as well as brand development and strengthening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive commercial growth
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns (performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign performance
  • Design and execute loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives
  • Support the launch of new concepts and products across the store network
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies for the execution of promotional activities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, ideally in the Retail or F&B sector
  • Excellent knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative ideas
  • Experience in brand management and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
