We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong passion for sports, betting and the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in managing social media strategy and teams, understands key performance metrics, and can lead high-impact campaigns that support our performance marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall Social Media Strategy in alignment with business goals
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Oversee and maintain a structured Content Calendar, including planning, scheduling, and frequency of posts
  • Lead the creation of engaging and on-brand content (copy, photos, videos, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content creators by providing clear and strategic briefs
  • Set up and manage Business Manager and Ad Accounts
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns and giveaways with defined KPIs and high budgets
  • Define audience targeting and campaign objectives to improve brand awareness, engagement, and traffic
  • Manage, train, and guide internal teams or external partners involved in social media
  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports, analyzing results and proposing optimizations
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices across platforms

Requirements:

  • University degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar leadership role
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Deep understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and tools
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Any Social Media certifications (Meta, Google, etc.) will be considered a plus
