Αναζητούμε έναν/μία δυναμικό/ή και δημιουργικό/ή Social Media & Marketing Manager, που θα αναλάβει τον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό, την ανάπτυξη και την υλοποίηση ενεργειών marketing, με στόχο την ενίσχυση της αναγνωρισιμότητας του brand, την αύξηση της αλληλεπίδρασης με το κοινό και τη βελτίωση της εμπορικής απόδοσης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση στρατηγικής marketing και social media.
  • Δημιουργία, επιμέλεια και ανάρτηση περιεχομένου (κείμενα, εικόνες, video, stories, reels).
  • Διαχείριση εταιρικών λογαριασμών σε όλα τα social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest κ.λπ.).
  • Σχεδιασμός και παρακολούθηση διαφημιστικών καμπανιών (Meta Ads, Google Ads), τόσο στα ελληνικά όσο και στα αγγλικά.
  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση KPIs, reporting και προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Συνεργασία με το δημιουργικό τμήμα (φωτογράφους, designers,) για παραγωγή υλικού.
  • Έρευνα αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού, εντοπισμός νέων τάσεων και προτάσεις καινοτόμων ενεργειών.
  • Συμμετοχή στον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό branding και προώθησης νέων προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών.
  • Γνώση B2B προσέγγισης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3-5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Άριστη γνώση διαχείρισης social media platforms και εργαλείων analytics.
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας ελκυστικού και αποτελεσματικού περιεχομένου.
  • Γνώση digital marketing στρατηγικών και διαφημιστικών εργαλείων.
  • Δημιουργικότητα, οργανωτικότητα και αναλυτική σκέψη.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά), καθώς μέρος των καμπανιών θα γίνεται στα αγγλικά.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Γνώση βασικού graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Εμπειρία σε email marketing και SEO.
  • Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης budget διαφήμισης.
