So what's the challenge...

Ready to bring OPAP's online presence to life? As a Social Media Specialist at OPAP, you will develop and curate engaging content, manage and grow our online community, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of the company's marketing initiatives by driving a strong and consistent social media presence

Your day to day will include:

• Implementing the agreed social media strategy across all products, sponsorships, CSR/RG initiatives, and OPAP social media platforms
• Developing social media materials and managing all required approval processes with the Regulator.
• Creating and monitoring the performance of daily social media content, such as creatives, copy of the posts, and Messenger push notifications in collaboration with the external provider
• Executing social media campaigns for products, sponsorships, and CSR/RG initiatives in collaboration with the media shop
• Supporting the evaluation of communication activities and recommending improvements and corrective actions when needed
• Preparing reports and translating social media analytics into actionable insights.
• Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to adapt creative materials for social media use
• Utilizing social media monitoring tools to assess activity impact and propose optimizations.
• Reviewing and responding to community comments in line with brand guidelines and communication standards, safeguarding OPAP's brand image
• Contributing to the development of social media tactics and plans aligned with product promotion and brand objectives
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices and applying them to enhance engagement
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand messaging
• Undertaking ad hoc assignments aligned with the role's scope and personal skills to support evolving business needs

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of social media trends
• Experience with Canva Pro or similar design tools is a plus
• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the sports industry is an advantage
