We are hiring an ambitious Programmatic Media Buyer & Native Ads Manager who can match the high expectations of our client, one of the most successful and fast-developing brands in the iGaming industry.

As a Programmatic Media Buyer & Native Ads Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Planning, buying, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns tailored for the iGaming industry.
  • Leading the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of native ad campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Working with DSPs, SSPs, and data partners to ensure top-tier delivery.
  • Creating content and creatives that speak directly to iGaming audiences.
  • Analyzing campaign data and fine-tuning strategies to meet KPIs like CPA, CPL, and ROI.
  • Aligning closely with internal teams to ensure unified messaging across channels.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in programmatic and native media.
  • Managing and forecasting budgets while delivering performance.

Required hard skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic media buying and native advertising, preferably in the iGaming or gaming fields.
  • Comfortable working with DSPs, SSPs, and platforms like Taboola or Outbrain.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale native campaigns with strong performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confident working with performance data.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
