We are hiring an ambitious Team Lead - Google Media Buying who can match the high expectations of our client one of the most successful and fast-developing brands in the iGaming industry.

Working from the Athens office, you'll collaborate with a dynamic, data-oriented team dedicated to maximizing acquisition and ROI. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and native advertising, eager to contribute to innovative campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

As a Team Lead - Google Media Buying at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Leading the strategy and execution of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of 24 Google Ads specialists, ensuring consistent performance and skill development.
  • Defining budget allocation and scaling strategies across markets, balancing CPA targets with long-term LTV growth.
  • Overseeing campaign testing frameworks (creative, bidding, audience segmentation).
  • Reviewing campaign performance daily, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions quickly.
  • Working closely with analytics, design, and content teams to optimize ads and landing pages.
  • Ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies and iGaming regulations in target markets.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing with strategic insights and growth plans.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, including leadership/mentoring responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 50,000+ across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns profitably within competitive verticals.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on expertise in advanced bidding strategies, automation, and scripting.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition metrics, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Based in Athens with a valid Greek work permit and the ability to work onsite.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry or other highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage
