JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in security systems solutions, based in Athens, is looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of the company's sales department
  • Continuous training, guidance and evaluation of department executives
  • Active participation in the planning of the company's commercial policy
  • Setting annual sales targets and taking initiatives to achieve them
  • Active support of sales executives in all phases of the sales cycle
  • Targeting the sales department to develop new clientele
  • Participation in the design and implementation of the company's communication plan
  • Ensuring and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships
  • Participation in conferences, exhibitions and events
  • Monitoring competition and evaluating market trends

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 5 years in the management of sales teams in the Technology industry, with direct b2b commercial activity to final Major Customers
  • Previous experience in the Security Systems industry
  • Experience in project based sales commercial departments
  • Experience with private and public sector RFPs
  • Proven effectiveness in achieving sales team goals
  • Holder of a business administration or engineering degree
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration will be considered as an additional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of English, M/S Office, CRM and ERP tools
  • Strong administrative, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Communicative character, effective in motivating people
  • Team spirit, problem solving ability, can-do attitude, flexibility
