Sales Manager - Maritime Industry

This is a key role for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of the maritime industry, ideally with a background in navigation and automation systems.

  • Drive sales and business development for the Navigation & Automation portfolio in Greece and Cyprus.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, shipping companies, and integrators
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and customer support
  • Define sales strategy, set targets, and report regularly on performance
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Acquire extensive & continuous training from the maket

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the maritime market (minimum 5 years)
  • Knowledge of navigation, automation, or related marine systems preferred
  • Strong network in the shipping and shipbuilding sector
  • Fluent in English
  • Driven, proactive, and able to work independently
