In this position, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries about various health and wellness products, ensuring they receive accurate information and excellent support. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers in selecting health and wellness products that meet their needs.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve overall customer satisfaction goals.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of health and wellness products.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness and helping others.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a positive attitude.
- Quick learning ability to understand product details and benefits.
- A desire to grow and excel within a supportive and dynamic team
