Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Polish-speaking individuals to join the Customer Service team for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department If you are passionate about fitness and sports, and enjoy helping others achieve their goals, this role is perfect for you. You will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide expert advice on fitness equipment, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
- Guide customers in making informed decisions about their purchases.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support future service improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and ongoing promotions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Strong enthusiasm for fitness, sports, and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- A desire to learn and grow within a passionate team
