Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Learning & EdTech Department. This role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about education and technology, will focus on providing exceptional support to users across various Nordic languages.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding online courses, platform navigation, and educational resources.
- Support customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the EdTech platform.
- Provide clear guidance and information to help users maximize their learning experience.
- Document and manage customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and drive customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new course offerings, features, and updates within the online learning platform.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A genuine interest in online learning and the EdTech industry.
