As the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, you will assist them with inquiries regarding health and wellness products, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products and services.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring accurate information is recorded in the database.
  • Work closely with other departments to escalate inquiries and provide effective solutions for complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, health guidelines, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and ensure their health and wellness needs are met.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the health and wellness industry, is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to resolve problems effectively while maintaining a customer-centered approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling a professional interaction with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness products and solutions will be an asset.
