In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, product information, and providing support for health and wellness products. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Deliver personalized support tailored to individual customer needs.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends within health and wellness.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or within the health and wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with customer service software and tools.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for health and wellness.
