Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients within the financial sector through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in addressing queries related to financial products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Understand and navigate financial regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and provide effective support.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
