Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home security and alarm systems, providing timely and accurate information.
- Document customer interactions with precision in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about products and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or within the security industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
